Duration: 6 months (3 Months for the Certified Consulting Associate + 3 Additional Months to achieve the Certified Consulting Practitioner)

Month 4: Consulting Business Foundations & Market Positioning

Outcome: Establish a solid foundation for your consulting business while identifying your niche and understanding market dynamics.

    • Refining your consulting value proposition.

    • Types of consulting services and industries.

    • Business models for consulting practices.

    • Legal and regulatory requirements for setting up a consultancy.

    • Conducting market research and analysis.

    • Identifying opportunities and gaps in the market.

    • Differentiating your services through branding and positioning.

  • Application: Develop a business concept document and a market analysis report with a positioning strategy.

Month : 5 Client Engagement & Service Delivery

Outcome: Master client acquisition, engagement, and project execution skills.

  • Topics:

    • Identifying and targeting ideal clients.

    • Crafting compelling proposals and pitches.

    • Negotiating contracts and managing client expectations.

    • Structuring consulting engagements: entry to exit.

    • Tools and methodologies for delivering value.

    • Measuring impact and outcomes for clients.

  • Application: Create a client acquisition and retention plan and design a project plan for a mock consulting engagement.

Month 6: Real-World Consulting Application

Outcome: Apply your knowledge and skills to hands-on consulting projects.

    • Designing a consulting project plan based on client needs.

    • Collaborating with peers on a simulated or actual consulting project.

    • Presenting findings and actionable recommendations to a client.

    • Documenting project outcomes and lessons learned.

  • Application: Complete a real or simulated consulting project, including client interaction, problem-solving, and delivering a final report.
