Shola Ajani is a consultant focusing entirely on working with organisations and individual to maximise their potentials. His vision is to help clients uncover capabilities; equip and enable them to perform at their optimum best. His goal is to help his clients reach their full potential.

He is also a pioneer of online recruitment in Nigeria, which opened the gateway for international recruitment, hence Nigerians abroad were able to return to jobs in their home country. Shola organised over 10 global recruitment events, the highlight being the first ever 30-day recruitment tour across the USA and Canada in 2008. This led to the CNN documentary.

Profile

​​

A professional experience spanning 25 years plus since 1990. He is a 1988 Graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife, Nigeria. In 1990, He left for the United Kingdom for his Second Degree.​ He started his working career in the UK in 1992 as a Project Manager with Springboard Housing Association.

​

​He is a former Certified Trainer for the Chartered Institute of Housing. In 2003, he was seconded to the Office of the British Deputy Prime Minister to facilitate training on Step Change - Change Management.

​

​Now a Consultant, he specialises in bespoke and affordable interventions tailored to client’s needs which may include Organisational Design and Restructuring, Strategy Development, Human Resource Consulting, turn around or performance improvement to contribute to the realisation of goals and aspirations, be it individual or corporate.
